Amazing Custom Bandanas

People love custom bandanas, it’s just that simple. Out of all of the things that you can put your design and logo on, and give out as a marketing premium, custom bandanas are at the top of the list.  One of the HUGE benefits of using bandanas vs. t-shirts is the one size fits all aspect. If you’ve ever been placed in charge of putting together a t-shirt order for your company, you know that one of the most uncomfortable things to do is to ask colleagues or customers for their shirt size.  With bandanas, this aspect of putting together a custom merch order is completely eliminated.

Our bandanas are 22″ x 22″ and 100% soft cotton, they are made in the USA by us and we screen print them completely off the edge (for orders of 300 or more) and we use water based discharge inks. This is a fancy term that simply means that you can’t feel the print on the bandana. Not being able to feel the print is important because unlike t-shirts, bandanas are often worn on the head and face. You won’t want your design to irritate and scratch your customers or staff members. Rest assured that our water based pigment dye inks are as soft as you can get.

Most of the bandana orders that we produce are 1 color or 2 color prints. We do have the ability to print up to 10 colors on a bandana, once volume requirements are met. The ordering process is straight forward. The most common question is if we have a template for our bandanas. The art template is very simple, we request a square. If your artwork is in vector format and is perfectly square, that’s all we need.
