As a bandana manufacturing company, we work with a lot of customers who all have different needs and requirements. We started out making 22″ x 22″ until we started getting requests for larger bandanas. In the past few years our extra large bandanas made in USA have become more popular. Our XL bandanas are 27″ x 27″. We manufacture the best cotton bandanas made in USA.
What Sets Us Apart? Well … there aren’t that many bandana manufacturing companies in the United States. There are only a handful in fact. There are fewer bandana manufacturing companies that make bandanas bigger than 22″ x 22″, and even fewer that can make bandanas that are 27″ x 27″.
If you want to split the hair just one more time, we believe that we are the only company that manufactures 22″ x 22″ and 27″ x 27″ extra large bandanas made in the USA. Further, we print what is called “Full Bleed” otherwise known as “Off The Edge”
We can print on both 22″ x 22″ and 27″ x 27″ bandanas and go completely off the edge of each size. This gives the look of custom fabric for each of these bandanas.

Our extra large bandanas are 27″ x 27″ and 100% soft cotton. They are currently offered in 5 colors : Black, White, Navy, Red and Natural. For orders above a specific amount, we can custom make your oversized bandana in any color that you would like.

Our current product offering includes 14″ x 14″ Cotton Bandanas (Hankies), 22″ x 22″ Cotton Bandanas (Bandanas) and 27″ x 27″ Cotton Bandanas (Oversized or Jumbo Bandanas)
There are significant benefits when buying American Made Bandanas. Most imports are scratch blends or poor quality cotton. They are often, not square, and they tend to be very thin. All of these factors combined make printing a quality design very challenging.
Our American Made Bandanas are made from 68/60 cotton broad cloth, they are soft with merrowed edges, and are a good fabric weight. Our bandanas print nicely and are very consistent in color, shape, size and quality.
Full Bleed Bandana Printing
We are an oversized bandana printer, that means that we can print completely off the edge of every bandana that we manufacture, including the 27″ bandanas! When we do a full bleed print on a bandana, it gives the look of the bandana being made from custom fabric, using your logo and design!
