BandanasOnline.com is a custom bandana manufacturing business. We are based in New Jersey and we are a USA manufacturer of Custom Screen Printed Bandanas. We offer low minimums and also have high capacity run capabilities. Our customers include folks that only want 36 bandanas (Our current minimum order) as well as customers that want 10,000 or more bandanas.

Based in Flemington, NJ, we offer one of the few USA Made bandana options available. We use screen printing to decorate our 100% cotton bandanas.

Most of the bandana printing companies that you’ll find online, are simply screen printers.  You might be asking yourself … “So, what’s the difference?”  Well … I’ll tell you.

Traditional screen printers are setup to screen print clothing.  They print t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies etc. Since the majority of those type of cloths don’t exceed 14 inches in width, the standard screen printer can print only 16″ wide.

Since a classic bandana is 22″ x 22″, a minimum print size of 20″ x 20″ is required. Otherwise, you will have a bandana that looks odd. See the infographic below, it tells you all that you need to know when trying to decide if you want to work with a screen printer or a bandana company!
